A bass player in my teenage and younger years who also first started as a DJ in 1979 in the UK. Still a DJ in local venues.
Live Music is in my DNA and after a very long break from playing it's time to get back into the local music scene and have some fun.
I am seeking band members for a new band and have all the equipment needed ready to go including lighting: Vocalists (2 - Male & Female) Keyboards, Sax, Guitar.
With this new band there is already a theme established and a name. Working with the drummer (Damian) we are seeking to deliver cool and different UK Artists 'only' tracks to an audience we know exists.
We are not talking the 60's 'Beatles and Stones' and what's been done a million times.
Think, Cool UK 80's - 90's - 00's. Think a wide range of music from the Verve, Genesis, Simple Minds, Duran Duran, Sade, Tears For Fears, Simply Red and more....including some rock classics.
A Play List is available to interested parties. I have some venue connections so gigs will come.
Willing to work with experienced and not so experienced musicians, the main driving factor is the love of music and having fun.
