Babyboomer (60yo) playing Guitar & Singing since 12yo. Beatles to Blues to Beatbox. Prefer Jazzier or Fusion like (Dance) Music these days. Have played in many Bands from 80's to 00's', but esp. "Black" music (Jazz to Reggae to Funk to Hip Hop). A white guy, who has fronted all-black bands alot (KC-style). Not played pro since early 2000's, but gradually reassembling my playing and singing again, plus PA, etc. Can play most Lead, Rhythm, Acoutic or Bass Guitar thrown at me - incl. fluent "Fingerstyle" Guitar playing whence required. I am a very good Singer if in right range; great timbre; range progressing). Have used sequencing (and good at it) in successful bands previously; but subtly "blend" it with Live Musicians for a great live show. It expands the choice and versality of a band. But I can just play - as part of an all live Band - if it suits. So versatile, accommodating, and dynamic when working with other Musos.

Influences
I am a Beatles nut, having grown up with them; but to prove I'm more than one dimensional, with age, have become increasingly influenced by Blues, Jazz, Reggae, Funk, Rap (Dance). I think the Band & Singer "Sade" (Yes, still going) probably best exemplifies the sort of electronic jazz fusion I would like to explore alot more.
