Looking for other musicians to form an alternative rock band with catchy pop elements. I can play bass, rhythm guitar, dabble on the keys, and can hold a note when singing.
Ideally I'd like to start by writing and jamming acoustically so excellent foundations to original material can be formed before hitting rehearsal spaces and turning them electric.
I've got heaps of material as well as bit part ideas so at least one other member that's a songwriter to collaborate with would be sweet.
If musical direction differs when we get going then that's no bother. It's just I've never been in a band with an overly commercial edge so that's why I'm leaning towards the alt rock with pop elements. Think early The 1975, The Hunna, and The Faim.
Oh and anyone with an ego needn't message. Kind hearts and humble souls only!
