Hi, My name is Jay!
I've been singing since I could talk, and I've been surround by music before I could walk.
My biggest reason for singing was probably my older sister and mum, they both would sing their heart out in the car, and obviously, I joined in. The only difference is that my older sister has been perusing music as her career her WHOLE LIFE!!! Meanwhile I ended up doing radio work, since I could stay around music and still enjoy making money. Recently however I couldn't HANDLE IT ANYMORE!! I need a band I can pour my blood sweat and tears into!! (BTW I'm a radio host at SYN and I have ALOT OF connections in the music industry)

Influences

In the early stages of my life my mother was extremely open for her love of music, I was raised on 3 artist: Bruno Mars, Gorillaz, and Nickleback, and I would listen to their albums to sleep.
I copied their singing styles until I started getting HOOKED on R&B, Pop and alot of other genres.
Obviously I had my phase where I would sing mainly rock, but now as I get older, I find I'm imitating and singing mostly Alt songs or slower more emotional songs (Anything by Joji or KOPS) However, my love for Bruno Mars will never leave me.
