The Mummas(That's what Mumma Said) are a Country Blues band based in Miami on the Gold Coast.
Our repertoire ranges from Outlaw Country through to Early Blues and Rock.
We are currently seeking a bass guitarist. The criteria is simple:
* Preferably you will be a mature musician
* Being of a mindset that you want to enjoy being part of the band
* Able to rehearse once a week in the day in Miami
* Not looking to make a fortune which is unfortunately how it is on the Gold Coast in a 5-piece band
* Must definitely have a sense of humour
* Have a respectful attitude towards the other members
While we are not seeking the most perfect players, we are seeking good people as opposed to the greatest musicians around bringing with them baggage from previous playing. We are in this to have a presentable band playing crowd pleasing music and having a great time, as it should be.
