Jorja Claire McHenry has been playing, singing and song-writing since the age of 8 with over 10 years of experience of playing acoustic guitar and 6 years of bass guitar. Throughout her teen years, she was given various opportunities to showcase her musical skills from playing in her schools Wind Ensemble, Stage Band and Jazz Combo, to playing at big and small venues from her local pub to the Conservatorium of Music Sydney. Jorja achieved a Band 5 in Music 1 in Year 12 for the HSC, with a score of 89. Jorja’s dream of becoming a renowned musician in australia has been on her mind since she first learned guitar, and is looking to expand her connections and musical knowledge in any way possible.
