I'm a casual yet dedicated musician, having started on piano from age 10 and then swapping to guitar from ages 13-22. After a few years away from music, I took up the bass (approx. 2 years ago) and have been obsessed with it ever since! I've taken my theoretical knowledge from piano and practical knowledge from guitar to become quite proficient at it despite only playing bass for a few years.
I'm quite open to trying out various sounds and can improvise reasonably well due to having a pretty good knowledge of music theory. I'm a pretty laid back dude and am more than happy to see if I'm a good fit for your band.

Influences
I'm a funk/soul player at heart, with a heavy blues influence, particularly from my time as a guitarist. My main influences include Chic, Tower of Power, Jamiroquai, etc. However I'm a huge lover of classic 60s and 70s bands such as Cream, The Doors and Led Zeppelin to name a few.

Amp - currently only have a 50watt Orange Crush BXT, but I'm more than willing to purchase a gig-worthy amp if I join a band.
