ABOUT

I've been playing & writing songs for over 30 years not too seriously, more for the fun & joy of it!! Been in several party bands along the way.
Had many long breaks from it over the decades for various reasons but loving it again now. And for some strange reason for the last 6 months I'm right into writing & playing the old style Surf instrumentals. I don't consider myself a lead guitarist at all but managing to finding my way around the fret board writing melodic catchy tunes, which I feel I've always been good at.
Wrote, designed & performed in an Environmental pantomime for a few years too when I lived in Sydney.
I guess being the youngest in my family & growing up listening to my older Brother & Sisters music, Beatles, Elvis, Beach Boys, Everly Brothers, The big O, Mammas & Pappas, Cliff Richards etc, being melodic was a given.
