Look, Im Gen X, I left Perth years ago sick of the covers scene.

Went to Sunny Melbourne with a band named Cut n Run and played all around Melbourne with all sorts of Bands ( well known and lots not well known) It was the grunge era and the place was alive. Richmond, St Kilda, Collingwood, all had iconic venues.

Anyways, spent 25 years of my life there in a variety of original bands right up until my last night there on the Bellarine Peninsula at the Barwon Heads Hotel.

.. Played some sh*t hot venues and played gigs with only 3 people. It was a buzz. Play some synth as well but nowhere near as competent as on guitar.

To sum it up, Perth has not changed. But if you have some originals, want to write some or whatever and want to play some parties or something with them, give us a buzz. Although an arena would definitely entice me.

If you are a bit older, surf, or someone who does stuff and wants to play some of your own rock n roll, live in the Falcon area or not too far away in the Mandurah area, give us a buzz.

Way too many to list. It's got to be good no matter the genre. But I do have to say, I really like guitar driven bands, with a solid rhythm section. and a dedicated vocalist frontman.

Played and recorded with many crew who could hardly play, but man could they string a song together. So really, an eclectic range from old skool to new cool and the unknown..,

From Janes Addiction, Alice in Chains, Celibate Rifles, Angels, Dandy Warhols, Gary Numan, Sex Pistols, The Cult, The Vines, and how could you not mention Foo Fighters, far out, where do you stop.
