hi! my name's helen and I'm a classicaly trained singer, I've just moved to toowoomba and am looking to join the music scene! I have never been in a band but wouldn't mind giving it a shot. I've performed at Christmas and show case concerts. my favourite songs to sing are music of the night from phantom of the opera (actually just about anything phantom of the opera!) Disney songs, some evanescence -although some of her songs I find a bit awkward to sing range wise, I can sing really high or low and sometimes struggle with her weird in between bits, so it depends on which song were talking about-
and lately I've been singing some Marilyn Monroe diamond's are a girls best friend, I'm really liking blues atm as well.
I like songs that challenge me and my voice, nothing simple like recent pop songs (they all seem to be in the same range and I get bored with them) as I have a large range and like to use both high (really really high) and low notes
