Give me a mic and some folk to practice with. Would love to write and record with the desire to play live one day. I'm New in town; No gear as such. I can write drum parts, lyrics and am also a competent singer when it is within my range (when I practice it). I'm looking for a beginner or intermediate group of players looking to start a more experimental project working on more Gothic, Ballads, In a more Rocky or Metal type Range. I can also play Keyboard however am only a beginner and wouldn't be comfortable doing it live until a later point. Drop me a message if you are interested. Even if you're looking for a drummer, as long as you can provide the kit I can write the parts in my spare time until I rent/purchase a place with enough room for a kit here. (I'm a mythology student/poet looking to settle here to help improve community and to teach, I came from Serbia however spent time in NSW growing up). Influences
I mostly listen to Jazz and world these days, But i use to love bands like the beetles, doors, Katatonia, Jeff buckley, Twelve foot ninja, king crimson, No sound. Anything progressive and meaningful or intelligent in it's lyrical content. I'm rarely impressed by lyrics, and find most music to be devoid of anything which reflects a complexity I can relate to.
