Lead Guitar.

ABOUT

I am a 50 year old guitarist looking for a covers band to join. My strength is as a rhythm/riff guitarist but I also play lead on some songs. I am looking to play rock music in a band with a 2 guitar attack. I have been playing in a rock covers band (pre 80's songs) for the past 2 years playing pub gigs up until recently. Bands we covered included ACDC, The Angels, Chisel,Beatles, Deep Purple, The Cars, Easybeats, ZZ Top, CCR, Dragon, Sunnyboys, Aussie Crawl, Zeppelin, Cream, Bowie, Gary Moore,Doors to name a few, Looking for a new fresh direction with like minded guys to get something sounding tight and have some fun with

Just looking to start something up with maybe a weekly or fortnightly rehearsal to start, no pressure, just have some fun and take it from there. If this interests you I would love to hear from you. Cheers

My favourite bands apart from the ones already mentioned are varied.. most Aussie rock, but i also love the 90's grunge...Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, Foo Fighters etc,
