I’m Gabrielle, 20 year old female artist/musician. I produce and write my own music. I have been making music since I was 10 years old on GarageBand and Dubstep. I started playing guitar when I was 7 years old. I played piano and violin when I was 5 and picked it back up when I was 16 years old and still re-teaching myself at 20 years old. Music is my passion and love everything about music. I’ve always written my own music and put out a bunch of originals on YouTube and social media. I will be releasing music to all streaming platforms soon. I love Jazz, Blues, Rock, Classical, RnB, Latin, Soul, Electronic, Funk, Alternative, Pop, Hip-hop/Rap, Folk, Gospel, Acoustic, Reggae, Techno, all kinds of music. I would say I have been experimenting with my songwriting and music, for example, reggae, jazz, folk, and rnb sounds, but I would say i definitely sing soul music and have alternative pop/classical music. I want to start getting more into gigging and performing live. I have 3 experiences live performing, but I’ve always been playing for a long time and to my family but I want to get more out there, build confidence in performing, and meet other musicians because one day I want to tour and do more of that and make music with people I also connect with. I want to get more experience performing live and keeping getting better. I want to also learn from other professionals in the industry. I am available anytime to start performing. I practice everyday and just love playing music.

Influences
My top favourite music influencers would be Sade, Stevie Wonder, Etta James, Amy Winehouse, Prince, Alicia Keys, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Nina Simone, Ella Fitzgerald, Santana, Jeff Buckley, and Snoh Aalegra - to name a few. There are too many incredible artists and musicians that inspire me deeply and who I resonate with a lot in music that are also so different to each other, for example Eminem to Pink Floyd to Angèle. For example, instrumentally for guitar I love Prince and Jeff Buckley and B.B.King. Vocally, I love Sade. Production wise amongst everything else, Stevie Wonder is a huge influence because of how he incorporates all the instruments he uses in a track and plays them all is what I respect and do as well especially only working with myself in the studio. Lyrically/songwriting wise, there are even more songwriters I don’t mention but from the list, I love Sade and Amy Winehouse and Ms. Lauryn Hill.
