I am known in the music industry for developing artists, then managing every aspect of support to take an artist to the world. A former music school and musical instrument shop owner, I have a long career in every aspect of music, including time as a General Manager for mainstream commercial radio and a Director of Operations for Hollywood Creative Academy.

I have produced award winning national concert series, developing music business models for live shows and licensing, licensed content into Hollywood and worked with dozens of multi platinum music producers.

This includes David Kershenbaum, Frank Pedersen, Craig Leon, Joe Solo, Matt Coleman and Bruce Lowe to name a few.

The success story I am known for was Yulia Townsend, who I signed, developed and launched to a USA audience of 51 million people.

This was after I signed my label to a development deal with Craig Leon (Pavarotti/Sting/Ramones/Blondie) into DIVINAS LIVE AT CHAMBORD CASTLE. I executive produced Yulia's involvement in the show and worked alongside Craig for around 3 years on the project. The $600k project was recorded at Chambord Castle in France in a made for TV special for PBS network.

My development studio is called the MOJO DOJO and is located on the waterfront at U7, 24 Ormsby Terrace, Mandurah, Perth. Visit by appointment only.

(If you are thinking of stealing my gear, don't bother, I have cameras hidden everywhere and tracking devices on everything!)

MOJO DOJO has all the tools for artist development and is comfortable for an artist and family or friends and colleagues to out in the time to improve the performance standard can capture lightning in a bottle. While this is not a recording studio, I do have world class mics that you will never have seen before.

My time as an experienced producer, musician and music manager who has previously worked to the highest level of music industry, includes working for Hollywood and with some of the world's best producers on mainstream projects with major labels.

MY GOAL?
I am interested in helping independent artists to improve how to tell stories across multiple genres. I can handle any style of music and have skills across most genres. My aim is to make development affordable, by guiding artists and their families how to self-manage.

REAL MUSIC INDUSTRY
My distribution label OIKOS MUSIC distributes worldwide through DANMARK DIGITAL, one of the top preferred aggregators recommend by Spotify and Apple.

I have direct access to a SONY MUSIC style console, to manage multiple labels, all their artists and all their releases, with access to detailed reporting and marketing insights. I can teach you how to establish your own record label.

I am also very experienced at major label music marketing and artist relations, managing opportunities for artists.

I know all the channels that work and can assist an artist to get organised and succeed, by working harder at smarter.

I perform almost all genres, including a stint as a professional accompanist for improvised comedy touring, for which my work won awards.

I have won awards for Best live music as a show producer and won international music competitions for producing singers. European Song Competition, Grand Prize Winner.

I have managed and toured multi-platinum artists, working on productions throughout Europe.

BROADCAST

FULL AV PRODUCTION
I have a fully equipped studio at home in Mandurah and would also like to session with and promote local musicians through influencer content. I own all the broadcast and recording equipment to 4K and 44kHz standard. If I find enough people, I may do an Oikos Music channel and create a mini Motown.
