Drummer moving back to the north Brisbane area in early 2024, after time spent in Sydney. I am looking for similar aged musicians (Say around mid-40’s upwards) to jam/audition with, or a band to audition/join.

I spent my formative musical years in the UK. I lived and worked in the USA between 2007-2010 based in Las Vegas, and moved to Australia in 2015.

I have been playing over 40 years, started playing in punk and NWOBHM style bands in the early 80’s. I have played in Rock/Metal/Thrash, Britpop, Progressive and covers acts over the years in the UK, USA and Australia.

Recently I spent time in Sydney playing original material in the metal bands Enter-6 and ASURA. (Audio examples provided) I am happy playing rock/metal originals, covers or both.

I don't have children at home so I'm pretty flexible with my availability weeknights or weekend afternoons.

Many and varied: From the NWOBHM (Motorhead, Saxon etc.) through hard rock and heavy metal, US thrash (Metallica, Anthrax) to more contemporary modern metal artists such as Lamb of God, Soilwork etc. and much more in between.
