Played with an Americana band for the past year, gigging around Melbourne and at the Tamworth Country Music Festival. Now keen to explore something more rock focussed, funky or psychedelic, could also lean punk. I’m mostly interested in playing originals. The odd cover is fine if it fits the vibe, but I’m not looking to join a cover band. I’d love to collaborate on creative projects and play the occasional gig, but not every weekend.

I’ve been playing at Rockschool Grade 6 level with strong timing, solid footwork and comfortable with complex rhythms. Working on lifting my left hand, tightening up rudiments and building stamina. Starting to bring more improv into my playing.

Also a proficient flautist with years in concert band and orchestra. Excellent sight reader. Bit of harmonica in the mix too and happy to jam it. I sing OK but don't love it.

I write songs too. They usually land somewhere between alt, rock and pop.
