SEEKINGBand to Join, Rhythm Guitar, Drums, Violin, Cello.
These days I am mainly a studio musician. I moved to Australia 3 years ago from the USA and don't currently have an amp.
My main thing these days is writing, arranging and mixing songs with my partner Sabine who is an incredible vocalist and composer.
I have also collaborated with a few different vocalists and musicians from around the globe.

I have a Fender acoustic guitar, Fender Strat and Washburn electric guitar, a Fender Squire Jazz Bass.
For effects I use a Behringer FCB1010 to control effects running in Ableton Live Suite 9.5. I use Amplitube and enjoy creating my own effects chains. I didn't think I'd like not having a traditional pedal board, but I've found using the MIDI controller with Ableton works incredibly well - and it has the advantage that I can modify my performance later when recorded.
I also have and use Logic Pro X and Reason.
Lost In You
Lost In YouMy favorite track with @rjameslucas on vocals and lyrics, and @xan-eden with some cool textures :)
My NightingaleThis is something I co-wrote with a former band mate (Scott Wedel who plays bass in the project) in 1991. @rjameslucas added the sublime vocals needed to make the song what it was meant to be. Artwork by Otherra (http://otherra.deviantart.com).
Roots RemedySomething a little different for me... Kinda funk-related ;) Mike Patterson: Lyrics, Vocals Ian Pellow: Bass Rich Brown: Guitar, Bass, Organ, Saxes Art by xeXposEdx (http://xexposedx.deviantart.com).
SubliminableA song I wrote with my buddy Justin back when we thought it coudn't possibly get worse than George W Bush and his administration... how naive!
The SprawlI used to live way out in the Painted Desert near the Hopi reservation in Northern Arizona and had to drive 13 miles on an unpaved road to get to 'the Gateway Ranch' where I lived. On the way there was this massive hole in the ground called 'the Sprawl' I guess thousands of years ago it just exploded and they found chunks of it in Michigan, Minnesota or somewhere in the mid-west. I always thought it was cool that a piece of AZ ended up next to the Great Lakes! I know - the intro is reminiscent of Dio's 'Holy Diver' - what can I say -I'm a child of the 80's :) I always liked how Sepultura mixed in tribal drums with the metal, so I did that here. The title 'The Sprawl' makes me think of 2 things: the natural formation in the primitive desert and the urban sprawl mankind has inflicted on the Earth. Photo by oriontrail.

Realize There are no last goodbyes We will rise And soar into the sky

DivyaI woke up from (yet another!) dream and could still hear the music. Kind of a middle eastern electronica romp! July 2011
StarsI had a dream that I was jamming with some guys somewhere and when I woke up I could still hear the bass line...
Grafted SmilesI wrote this in 2005 - still needs some vocals. Anybody comes up with something nice, let me know.
