I am a vocalist/guitarist that for the past 10 years has been only intermittently involved in music due to family commitments. Over the last couple of years I have been playing bass and acoustic guitar however I am interested in returning to playing electric guitar and or vocals.
As a young person I won a vocal scholarship with the St Mary's Cathedral Choir Sydney with whom i performed weekly, toured and recorded with for about five years. Through my late teens and early twenties I played guitar/backing vocals with Sydney indie rock outfit The Children recording the album Fallacy in 1993 produced by Kev the Caveman Shirley and signed to Festival Records. Since the early naughties I have been sporadically recording my own music, please see the two tracks linked to my profile for reference.
My preferred genres are Classic Rock, Hard Rock, Contemporary Rock to a lesser extent, and some early Power Pop. I also have an interest in the classic Heavy Metal genre + NWBHM and some Psych Rock.
