Hey, I'm Dave. I recently moved back to Melbourne's northern suburbs after 12 years interstate and keen to connect with the right people and projects.

Looking to connect with like-minded musicians who love challenging themselves and creating something that stands out. Genre matters less than the people and the songs, though I naturally gravitate towards modern heavy, low-tuned, progressive and alternative styles with evolving arrangements, interesting rhythms and creative use of odd time.

Drumming since age 10, I've performed everywhere from local bars to major festivals. Along the way, I also ran a recording studio and drum school in Cairns.

Beyond drums, I write, record and mix, and also play rhythm guitar and bass. For my solo project, Darkshore, I wrote and recorded all the instruments, then brought in a guest vocalist to record vocals:
