ABOUT

I have worked gigs playing bass since my teenage years through the 70's Sydney pub rock scene, then continued playing through the 80's, 90's and new millennia. I moved to the Gold Coast and settled into working gigs from Byron to Brissy through the 90s, 00's, up to around 2019. Stopped through COVID now keen to get back into the occasional gig.

I commit to part-time working bands with the chops to ensure more time is spent playing venues than just practising. I primarily have my own business and so have maintained the flexibility to continue my passion with my music and my day job.

Influences

A lot of influences over the decades mainly in the realms of rock, blues, funk and some jazz.

- Warwick Acoustic Bass
- Custom-made fretless bass built by my 2 sons
- Speakers: EV 15-inch and 2 x 10-inch mesa boogie
- Amp: Trace Elliot
