I mainly play alone however someone to jam with would be great. I practice a lot of scales so someone who played rhythm would be ideal though I'm not fussy. I need some extra practice before I consider live stuff. I'm studying music this year and use Sibelius and Pro-Tools at home.

EQUIPMENT
Roland Cube 80-XL, Ibanez RGD 320 with Joe Satch & Steve Vai Di Marzios. One other Ibanez (great for metal) American Custom Strat, B.C Rich Warlock. I've built a couple of kits as well. I've got a strange Peruvian Charango which sounds cool.
Some recording gear and a pretty tidy pedalboard.
