Charlotte is a passionate writer, multi-instrumentalist, and swimming teacher. They studied with Adelaide Theatre Academy for a number of years. Prior to ATA, they studied dance at Centre Stage Academy and then taught ballet alongside Cheryl Bradley to children aged 3-8.
Charlotte is a gifted musician who has been involved in music on a myriad of instruments for 11 years. In 2019, they returned from Europe having competed and performed on voice and clarinet through a number of countries, with their choir and chamber ensemble winning gold.
Charlotte’s stage credits include Les Misérables (ensemble) and Annie (ensemble) with NOW Productions, 10-4: the movie (Brevet Sergeant Jess Harris).
In addition to performing on-stage, Charlotte worked as part of the lighting/tech team for Beauty and the Beast as well as doing pit music in 2018 and was on their school's tech/production team. Charlotte helped behind-the-scenes for their Year 12 rendition of Steel Magnolias, and did set design and tech assist for the Year 6 Musical, The Jungle Book. Charlotte also enjoys composing and arranging.
In 2021, Charlotte will be studying a Bachelor of Music at the Elder Conservatorium of Music and Charlotte has been accepted into a summer intensive at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. Charlotte is also undertaking a self-paced degree in Astrophysics and Aerospace Engineering with Murdoch University through Open Access University. In their spare time, Charlotte finds tap and lyrical to be their favourite dance styles.
Outside of university, Charlotte is first violin in the Norwood Symphony Orchestra, and principal clarinet in the Playford City Concert Band.
