I play within a string duo consisting of two violins. We are open to playing a variety of music genres at a high standard. We are highly professional - reliable musicians who are extremely passionate about the art of performance, taking a particular liking to chamber music.

Influences
I play violin as a member of the Gold Coast Philharmonic Orchestra, and the other musician is a member of the Queensland Youth Symphony. We also play in a variety of ensembles within a school based setting and have private teachers for our instrument specialty. With these connections we find it quite enjoyable forming new and exciting ensembles that we are passionate about. Additionally, I received a distinction in my AMEB grade six violin exam and will be sitting my grade seven within the next few months. Our first violin player is also well on track to sitting his CMUS exam. Each of us plan to pursue music professionally. Finally, this year I have been a fill in conductor for our school musical ‘My Fair Lady’ this season - where I was required to direct rehearsals with the cast included.
