Looking to start a fresh project. I play bass, would be looking for guitarist, drums, vocalist.

Want to make positive music, likely spanning the genres of alternative/indie/funk/prog rock/punk. That likely includes music not taking itself too seriously, experimental, groove based, instrumental teamwork.
Ideally wanna bop some heads, make smiles or provide a wack, interesting listening experience.

Would like band members to be able to contibute as much or as little as wanted to songwriting

Ideally, write some songs, record some rough demos, do some gigs, see what happens. In this for fun and expression.
