I’m Bob Simon, originally from Indonesia, and now I’m based in Mount Waverley, Victoria. I was a full time musician back in Indonesia since 2003 till 2019 when I decided to move to Australia. I sing and play guitar in a reggae band called Uncle B (back in Indonesia) for 17 years, and I'm blessed that now I'm still leading this 4 piece reggae band carrying the same band name with new members from Melbourne.
However,
Since music is living in my vein, I'm always looking to connect with fellow musicians out there from any genre, and I'd love to jam and maybe make some many more music, not just reggae but limited to blues, funk and rock 'n roll.
I'm a self taught guitarist and sing in the band because I have to. So I don't play jazz it's out of my reach.
But I'm a jazz listener too.
Hope we can connect in the name of music and we can create good music and lyrics and leave a legacy for our generation and future generation.
