ABOUT

**Looking to play bass or rhythm/lead guitar in a band**

I'm a multi-instrumental musician and songwriter. Fully self-taught and play by ear but know basic theory. I'm also a photographer and videographer so can help with band media stuff. Have a home studio and competent with Logic Pro.

Instrument experience:
- Guitar (20 years)
- Piano (7 years)
- Bass (6 years)
- Backing vocals (ok singer lol)

Band experience:
- I write and release solo music with my bedroom project, The Next Summer. Primarily pop rock but with influence from electronic, punk, and indie. I'm fully self-sufficient and did all production and mixing, and cover art. In 2021, I released a 5-song EP which took 300+ hours to create over 2 years.
- I played bass guitar for 1 year in an Auckland-based Blink 182 cover band, Lost In Hindsight.
- I currently play guitar in Melbourne hardcore/post-punk band, Best Believe.
