ABOUT

I've just moved to Brisbane from Sydney with my family. Used to play in indie bands for years (gigs at Annadale, OAF, Hoey etc), took a slight back seat as members got jobs etc. but have been doing electronic based stuff ever since (as I believe most do). Keen to jam and get creative with other like minds again though and I can't bear to see the gear I accumulated over the years not get thrashed now and again.

Influences

Radiohead, Pink Floyd, Cooper Temple Clause, PVT, Seekae, Blur, the Beatles, Clark, Caribou, 80s synth pop, shoegaze, The horrors, Interpol, Steely Dan, New Order, Classical guitar pieces, the list really is endless... oh and Alan Partridge. I don't like 'funny' music apart from Art Brut and the first Darkness album (incidentally the best live show I've seen but that might have been my enthusiasm at the time)
