We are looking for a violinist and keyboardist to join our lineup. I'm looking for someone who ideally has a classical background but also enjoys symphonic metal. By extension, it helps to be able to read sheet music.
Currently we have a singer, 2 guitarists, drummer and bass.
Our band is best described as mainly Japanese inspired power / symphonic metal. However, there are lots of different influences across the band.
I write the bulk of the instrumental music in the band, and normally my bandmates arrange my drafts I put forward.
There's 3 samples I have here for now...2 are drafts of actual songs and 1 is an orchestral song I made.

Influences
I listen to a lot of Japanese music like Versailles, Unlucky Morpheus, Galneryus, Dir En Grey and D.
I studied a classical music for a while so I use my influences to write primarily neoclassical metal. I play(ed) a lot of JS Bach, Beethoven, Chopin and Bartok.
The influences are very broad across the band but we are united by a love for Gothic aesthetic and music.
