In the 1970’s I was lead singer and rhythm guitarist in a Sydney pub rock/blues band as well as in a folk/bluegrass band. However career and family took priority so decades passed before I got back into music.
I enjoy playing most types of music and now that I have lots of time on my hands I would like to join/form a band playing popular hits ranging from classic rock and blues through to pop, country and some bluegrass. The key objective would be to enable flexibility in the repertoire to cater for the preferences of different audiences (and of course, having fun performing).
