Amosh Acacia are now auditioning for a Bass Player!!!!
We’re a very committed band that have released our first Single ‘Missing’ not too long ago. We also played our first show with Pillager from Sydney almost 2 weeks ago that went REALLY WELL so be ready to play shows, we don’t sit around.
We have songs already written and only one is released (Missing) so we can show you how to play them or you can re write the bass lines if comfortable to do so ???????? You can find Missing on YouTube or Spotify to practice if you can learn by ear (helpful for writing process). Drop A on a 4 string or 5 string Bass if preferred, like 2 of our other songs. Another song is in drop B. And another in drop D. It will be helpful if you have multiple bass guitars (just sayin) ??????????
We have a Jam Space at a studio in Sydney not to far from Chullora. So if your Sydney based, that’s all good. We may be playing most of our shows in Sydney so not to worry!!!
Grant the Vocalist and I (guitarist) live in the Wollongong area. So we travel to the Jam Space on a weekend. Sometimes just me to practice or write with our Drummer Matt. So you will be Jamming with us 2 most of the time. If you live in Wollongong area, Grant and I also practice during the week with drum tracks and to catch him up on the new material. So if you live in Wollongong area you can also attend those. But usually always in the Jam Space.
