I work with a talented female singer/songwriter and we are currently working to put together a small covers combo, with the intention of playing smaller venues mainly around the inner west.
This would probably suit someone a bit older (like ourselves) who wants to keep playing mainly for enjoyment but who also is up for doing shows.
We aren't set on any one particular genre but are currently focusing on classics from the 70's and 80's.
We both play guitar and are currently using backing tracks for bass and drums. We are looking for other musicians who could fit into that situation. We are particularly keen to find someone who is comfortable with backup vocals and who could also sing main on a few songs.
