The CACAphonics are an amateur music group about to begin it’s fifth year.
Our ten core members cover a variety of genres (pop, ballads, blues, jazz, americana, country - but not heavy metal or goth!) and we meet fortnightly on a Wednesday evening at the Caloundra Arts and Craft Centre where our equipment is stored.
Post COVID and to broaden our sound we are now interested in talking to singers and musicians who might like to join us – in particular:
• vocalists (male and female)
• keyboards,
• fiddle/violin,
• mandolin,
• saxophone (or other brass)
• dobro
We are in it for the pleasure of playing together and we do gigs with any money being channelled back into buying/replacing equipment.
