Hi
I'm Mahesh, a a classical & creative Sitarist and professional sitarist, Composer and a Music Producer with more than 15 years of experience in Sri Lanka and India. I’m working as a research scholar in Department of Instrumental Music in Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi. I have performed in many prominent musical events and concerts as a Sitar player, organize by Universities, Institutes and Government Departments in India and Sri Lanka.

Professional Experiences
Worked in the State Music Ensemble as a musician (Sitar/ keyboard/ Bass guitar) since 2011 to 2012 under the Department of Cultural Affairs in Sri Lanka.
Worked as an examiner and Visiting Instructor at University of Visual and Performing Arts. 2017 to 2018 In the following departments:
