Hi! My name is Helena Lawrence. I'm 19 years old, and have been performing non stop since the age of 12. I am mainly a vocalist (soprano) but can play the piano and guitar as well.
The stage is my happy place, I know its something I'm good at (not to toot my own horn or anything XD) making me feel extremely relaxed and comfortable when performing.
My main location of performing is my church, as that's where my love for stage singing grew from. But also perform at events. Earlier this year I performed for a Bushfire Relief program, also performing in a quintet for a Christmas program last year.

Influences
Definitely my family. You will never meet one family member of mine that has absolutely no musical background. So being born into a music loving family definitely was a big influence on me growing up.
I'm Australian, and when I was younger, Jessica Mauboy was totally my obsession. She was just a small town girl who made it big in the music industry, which I thought was really cool. I also loved her music, and even made music videos to go along with them XD

Due to myself performing mainly with the same group of people (from my church,) we already have equipment. However, I don't own any of it, so I don't have any personal equipment useful for performing live, however I am willing to invest in some.
