Social Circle are a 3 pce cover band – Guitar, Bass and Drums, currenttly we share vocals. We’ve been together over 4 years and played 30+ gigs. Long story short, sharing vocals has been great fun and rewarding. But we want to step it up and a female lead vocalist would be a great addition to enhance our sound and future direction of bringing in artists such as anything from PINK to Dolly Parton. We are 3 long time mates (all 54), our kids have grown up and the band is a great outlet away from work. We jam every 2-3 weeks alternating between Reynella and Seaton.
We’re pretty casual, it’s what you’d call an enthusiastic hobby for us. Apart from jamming we’d like to gig 6-8 times a year to keep a good work, life, family balance.

Influences
We like a good mix of music, currently we do pub rock covers from Oz and abroad, our song list keeps evolving all the time. Some female vocal covers we do already include Divinyls, Blondie, Tina Turner and Pat Benatar. Of course, many of our current songs will convert well to a female voice.
