NOT WANTING TO GIG or RECORD, just want to meet up and play for fun/meet some people with similar music tastes.
I'd prefer to jam to your original songs (and some of mine) and maybe a couple of covers. i could play very basic drums, rhythm guitar or vocals.
I'm looking for musos in their 30s/40s/50s who love talking/listening to music as well as jamming out over a couple of beers. I've made some great mates over the years from jamming so I'd like to meet some more interesting people.
I have mostly played my original singer-song writer tunes with various band formations, one was an alt-country (ie Wilco/Neil Young influences) as well as an indie guitar band (ie more 90s guitar band style). I was on rhythm guitar/vox/harmonica, mostly for the fun of it with a few gigs here and there, but really hated the hassle of gigging.
I have a kid but can organise a weekend time to jam. I have a rumpus room with an e-drum kit, amp and small PA/mics.
