My names Rob, I am 23 years old from QLD. Been playing guitar since I was about 10. Started out as a jazz guitarist, learned all theory and got my head around music etc. In my teen years I got into punk and heavier music. Played in a lot of QLD bands and traveled to Melbourne with a band a few years ago and have lived here since doing session guitar work for some studios. Keen to get back into a good rock band and get into some fun touring again. Easily comfortable with any lead stuff or rhythm. I love it all, anything to do with guitar is fun for me.

Influences

Influences have ranged from Jazz to Metal..haha... Earlier days started me out on fun punk and Blink 182 etc, through to Alexisonfire or Metallica, even played a few Lamb of God covers in a band once. Also Guns n Roses and a lot of lead guitar influence from Dream Theater and the like, been into some messed up times as well.

EQUIPMENT

Have a Les Paul and an SG Godess (Fun as hell to play even though it's girlie), and the typical Marshall TSL60 on a Vintage cab (have a couple of other rigs but really won't insist on played them.) Also have a Fender Strat and a full Custom metal guitar I built a few years back for fun. Have a Vox-valve multi effects board as well.
