Rising South, South Australia's newest Country Rock band is up and rehearsing. As of the date of this posting, we are currently looking for a lead guitarist and a fiddle player. We rehearse every Tuesday evening in Christies Beach, South Australia and our current playlist includes, Brooks & Dunn, Alan Jackson, John Fogerty, Chris Isaac, Freddie Fender, The Mavericks, Keith Urban, to name a few. We are all band experienced and will also be writing new material to add to our covers.
We are targeting October 2016 to be gig ready. Any Musos out there that want to be part of a new Country Rock movement? Keyboard players also welcome!
Practice sessions are always positive without any egos getting in the way of having fun. You must be committed to regular rehearsals and gigging as we want to make an impact on the country rock scene.
