I'm a songwriter & vocalist with a very big personality & what I think is an engaging stage presence.
After a few false starts over the years I'd really like to give fronting a band a proper go.
Hypothetically, I'd like to go as far as we can, collaboratively, whether we just end up jamming small venues cuz we enjoy it or become bigger than the Beatles.
My influences & musical interests are SO broad & include all kinds of artists & bands.
I'm a little rusty performance wise but know practice will make perfect. I've got little recording expert, but for reference I once won a major performance award
(singing "Aerials" by System of a Down).
My personal performance style has always been rooted in grunge & nu metal generally, but I am also very influenced by rap & hip-hop & can spit rhymes.
I'd like to see if maybe with a band of different people with different influences we could somehow find an interesting sound that could potentially have elements of both rock & rap, but we'll see.
I would really love, if possible, to find a group with both male & female members as I'm quite keen on the sound/influence coming from a neutral/mixed place, but with that said it would be about who we gel with & how good we sound together.
I'm pretty ambitious (obviously? lol) & have gone on about my goals & dreams for a while & now I wanna hear from you if you see any potential! :)
Right now I've taken some time off work, so my schedule for potentially meeting & jamming is pretty open right now.
