I've been in bands since I was old enough/allowed, and prior to that I was in musicals and choirs. I enjoy writing songs and collaborating. My main strength is my strong vocals, and I play a mean tambourine. I love harmonies, writing lyrics, melodies and the basic structure of a song. I love to play original music and obscure covers. My favourite genres to play include rockabilly, surf, blues and garage, but sometimes I find myself writing folk songs too. I can play a little melodian, piano (which I mostly use to write songs) and am learning guitar. I'd love to start an all girl group, something different, I have ideas ;) smackell360 at g mail dot com

Influences
Surf and garage music, 50s - 60s, rockabilly, blues, rock, punk and psychobilly, but not the insane almost metal stuff that feels like rocks are being thrown at your head.
