I have been the lead singer of a couple of bands, the first being a Perth band called Freedom of Expression going back over 20 years. This outfit was a progressive funk band.
My second project was in Melbourne with a band called Poetry in Violence and this outfit was a melodic metal band. With both these bands i would have performed over 100 gigs.
My main influences are anything from FNM, Fishbone, Sound Garden, Living Colour, Frank Zappa, Helmet, Bowie, Queen, Tears for Fears, The Cure, Peter Gabriel, INXS, Duran Duran and the list goes on and on.
