ABOUT

Searching for a Guitarist for our funky, jazzy and proggy cover band. We're keen to do something a litle bit different to the standard "classic pub rock" format.

The current line-up is female Vocals, Drums, Bass, Keys and Horns. We're all pro musicians with positive attitudes and a productive work ethic but above all, we want it to be a fun and enjoyable experience. Connection is more important to us than virtuoso musicianship.

We're currently playing songs from artists like Chaka Khan, Randy Crawford, Stevie Wonder, Steely Dan, Herbie Hancock and Pink Floyd. We rehearse once or twice a month in our studio space in Mirboo North 3871. Our inital focus will be on recording and filming live performances there.

Even if this is not your thing, I'd really like to hear from like-minded musicians in Southern Gippsland. I've played every style of music imaginable as a session and international touring drummer over the last 3 decades. I'm also into electronic music production, sound design and modular synthesis.
