Hi Musicians,

I am looking for a drummer for our band. Got gigs booked but need to find a new drummer. Established band on the Collingwood/Brunswick circuit. Lots of fun. Original songbook, well practiced Rhythm section, point of difference.

Genre is rock/blues/Jazz.

I play an electric [solid body] ukulele, acoustic ukulele and guitar. I have been playing for about 25 years. The uke is my primary instrument and I guess that people consistently pigeonhole it as a toy or a fad instrument; but I have been playing for a long time and I want to get with a group of people who need a rhythm or lead player and aren't afraid to experiment with something outside the norm.

Not motivated by fame and fortune [not adverse to it either], but want to jam with some players. If anything comes of it that'd be great but primarily interested in playing for my own enjoyment.

but wider afield anything from 20th century american music, from jazz through blues country rocknroll rockabilly etc etc
