I am after a marketable female singer (aged 18-50 preferable) to join me in my existing duo to take over lead vocals. To cut a long story short I have literally burnt my voice out over the past 25 years. I have contacts with my long term agents and believe that it would only be a matter of time before regular work would come in. I am currently still performing solo. As I have managed and looked after this business/duo/band since 1993, your pay would be $200 per gig and slightly more for gigs more than 2 hours drive away (which is rare)

Influences

Personally I am a Beatles freak and love anything with a good catchy melody. Having said that and with the ongoing work that I've had....you 'HAVE' to play what people want to hear to sustain work in the covers industry. Eg: I'm not a huge Pearl Jam fan, but people continuously yell those songs out. Playing Pearl Jam has actually kept my career afloat for so many years :).
